Happening this month at the San Geronimo Valley Community Center from December 7–20, the Center’s Art Committee is hosting Small Works, Big Dreams: The Art Start Auction, featuring dozens of local artists who’ve contributed small, affordable pieces—perfect for holiday gifting. This year’s lineup includes Judy Arndt, Virginia Barrett, Kathy Beckerley, Geoff Bernstein, Martha Cederstrom, Cindy Davis, Leo den Ouden, Rudi Dundas, Julie Egger, Kristin Jakob, Michel Kotski, Judith Selby Lang, Richard Lang, Barbara Libby-Steinmann, Laurel Marinelli, Marty Meade, Judy North, Todd Pickering, Molly Rea, Larry Rippee, Anna Rochester, Connie Smith-Siegel, Gabriele Schwibach, Alice Shaw, Virgil Shaw, John Torrey, Sandy White, Zoltron, and more.
All proceeds support the Center’s Emerging Artist Program, which helps new artists get the materials they need to exhibit their work here at the Center—so every bid directly fuels the next generation of Valley creatives.
The event wraps up with a free closing celebration on Saturday, December 20th from 2–4pm, complete with live music from The Thursday Night Old Time Music Makers and hands-on holiday craft making.
