Sunday, Dec. 25
Suspicious Circumstances: A resident wanted to speak to an officer about a suspicious circumstance on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard. Officer found no crime.

Citizen Assist: A pipe burst on the roof of a building on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 4:16 p.m. Fire department couldn’t locate the shut off valve and a message was left for the owner.
Suspicious Circumstances: Two men were sitting in a car at San Anselmo and Ross Avenues and the smell of marijuana was coming from it. Officers contacted the subjects and a small amount of non-useable marijuana was located as well as empty beer bottles.

Suspicious Circumstances: A resident reported a neighbor on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard asked him to call the police for assistance with a roommate at 6:46 p.m.
Animal: A dog was found on Madrone Avenue at 7:04 p.m.
Suspicious Circumstances: A resident was having trouble with his roommate again on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 8:53 p.m.
Possession of Marijuana: During a bicycle stop at Red Hill and Ancho Vista Avenues at 11:40 p.m., an officer contacted a male juvenile who was on probation. He was found to be in possession of marijuana. He was cited and released to a guardian.
Saturday, Dec. 24
Accident – No Injury: An officer responded to a car collision on private property on Center Boulevard and assisted with the exchange of information.
Grand Theft: A bike was stolen on Floribel Avenue.
Vehicle Complaint: Three cars were doing doughnuts in the parking lot at Memorial Park at 8:26 p.m.
Friday, Dec. 23
Petty Theft: A green garbage can was stolen on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard.
Accident – No Injury: A resident reported that a car ran into his garage on Butterfield Road and the driver may have been intoxicated. Officers determined the driver was not intoxicated and the car was towed.
Possession of a Controlled Substance: A car was reported swerving on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 2:50 p.m. Officers determined the driver was in possession of a controlled substance and was arrested and booked into the county jail.
Violation of a Court Order: An evicted tenant was on the property on San Anselmo Avenue without permission at 3 p.m.
Disturbing the Peace: An officer provided assistance to two subjects about a driving disagreement.
Animal: A dog was running in a lane of traffic at Sir Francis Drake Boulevard and Tunstead Avenue a 6:07 p.m.
Accident – No Injury: A resident reported his daughter was involved in a car collision and the other driver was attempting to pay cash for the damage.
Thursday, Dec. 22
Found: A passport was found on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard.
Animal: A dog was wandering around on San Anselmo Avenue without a collar.
Vehicle Complaint: Two cars appeared to have been chasing each other in the area of Oak Knoll Avenue at 9:40 p.m.
Smoke: Officers located smoke on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 9:54 p.m. and determined it was from a resident with two fireplaces in use.
Wednesday, Dec. 21
Noise: A group was playing basketball at Drake at 12:22 a.m.
Vandalism: A residence on Woodside Drive was toilet-papered sometime during the night.
Suspicious Circumstances: There was a suspicious car in a neighbor’s driveway on Barber Avenue at 12:45 p.m. Officers contacted the owner of the car, who was doing work at the residence.
Accident – No Injury: There was a non-injury collision at Red Hill Avenue and Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 2:43 p.m.
Suspicious Circumstances: Subjects were smoking marijuana on Seminary Road at 4:19 p.m. Officers determined they were not in possession of marijuana.
Barking Dog: A dog was barking on Butterfield Road at 5:37 p.m.
Accident – No Injury: There was a solo-vehicle collision with debris in the road on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 6:15 p.m.
Tuesday, Dec. 20
Barking Dog: A dog was howling and whining all morning on San Francisco Boulevard.
Petty Theft: There was a theft of merchandize at a business on San Anselmo Avenue the day before.
Accident – Minor Injury: There was a minor injury collision with cars blocking the road on Red Hill Avenue at 10:50 a.m.
Suspicious Person: An unfamiliar man was walking in the neighborhood on Hillcrest Avenue at 12:27 p.m. and cut through a neighbor’s yard.
Burglary: A TV was taken from a house on Barber Avenue.
Vandalism: A resident reported tagging and other vandalism on Seminary Road.
Petty Theft: A woman switched out shirts at a store on San Anselmo Avenue and left without paying.
Burglary: A man was in a store on San Anselmo Avenue and attempted to cash a gift certificate that wasn’t his. He was arrested and booked into the county jail.
Suspicious Person: A subject was asleep in a chair in a parking lot on Greenfield Avenue at 5:14 p.m.
Juveniles: Four juveniles were riding their bikes and skateboards in traffic at Mountain View Avenue and Sir Francis Drake Boulevard.
Suspicious Circumstances: A resident reported she could hear someone inside her house on Redwood Road at 9:14 p.m. Officers responded and found raccoons going through the trash.
Disturbing the Peace: A verbal altercation was heard in front of a house on Scenic Avenue at 10:20 p.m. Subjects got in to two cars and sped off.
Monday, Dec. 19
Driving Under the Influence: During a traffic stop on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 2:36 a.m., a driver was determined to be driving under the influence. He was also found to be in violation of his court probation. He was arrested and booked into the county jail and his car was left locked and parked.
Vandalism: A resident reported that while driving on Center Boulevard near Saunders Avenue the night before a car passed his and his car was hit with a water balloon. When he checked the car this morning, there was damage to the front grill.
Hit and Run: There was a hit and run collision on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 12:28 p.m.
Burglary: A man stole alcohol from a store on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard and left in a car. Officers found several bottles were taken and more suspects were involved.
Burglary: A woman attempted to leave a store on San Anselmo Avenue twice wearing merchandise she didn’t pay for. She seemed impaired since she almost left wearing just a slip. At one point she emptied out her bag, which contained merchandise not from the store. Officers located her and she was arrested for public intoxication and burglary.
