Fairfax Celebrates Town’s ‘Enviroheros’
The town will celebrate the accomplishments of students involved in Archie Williams High School's Project Lorax.
FAIRFAX, CA — A Marin town wants to make sure the work of its community’s youth who are fighting for a better future get the recognition they deserve, and Fairfax officials aren’t leaving anything to chance.
The town will celebrate the accomplishments of students involved in Archie Williams High School’s Project Lorax.
The Lorax Symposium will be held Thursday at Archie Williams High School’s Student Center from 6 to 8 p.m.

“These students have created solutions to environmental problems here in Marin including holding a benefit concert for amphibians, local e-waste drive, butterfly and bee landscaping techniques, invasive plant pulls, helping local businesses become greener and more!” town officials said in a statement.
“Come cheer on these enviroheros!”
