Fairfax Encourages Property Owners To Add Housing Units

FAIRFAX, CA — If you’re considering adding additional housing units to your Fairfax property, the town wants to help you close the deal.

The town is encouraging residents to join at least 10 others who have already expressed interest in learning more about the process.

“Your contribution could help the Town meet its housing goal for the Housing Element Update,” the town said in a statement.
