Monday, March 28

Child Abuse: The department received a cross report regarding possible child abuse at 10:17 a.m.

Suspicious Person: A resident reported that a subject appeared overly interested in the resident’s car on Pine Drive at 3:15 p.m. The subject then went into a neighbor’s carport. When the resident went in to get his phone and came back out, he could no longer see the subject.

Assist: The manhole cover at Taylor Drive and Geary Avenue had been popped off and there was a large amount of debris around.

Driving Under the Influence: A resident followed a car on Center Boulevard and believed the driver was under the influence, because it was weaving badly and went into the oncoming lane several times at 3:37 p.m.

Assault: An officer initiated activity on Penny Lane at 8:26 p.m. and an arrest was made.

Tuesday, March 29

Miscellaneous Service: An officer initiated activity at the Oak Manor 7-11 at 1:42 a.m. and contacted two subjects who had dumped a large amount of trash on the property.

Suspicious Circumstances: A woman reported that someone followed her all the way home on Canyon Road at 3:59 a.m.

Theft: A resident forgot his backpack at Good Earth. When he returned shortly after, it was gone. It contained a laptop and other items. He called back later and advised he had located the backpack.

Vandalism: A resident was advised by a neighbor of two flat tires on his car on Bothin Road, but was not at home right then.

Welfare Check: A welfare check was requested at White Hill School.

Welfare Check: Officers responded to a welfare check of a Fairfax resident on Porteous Avenue at 6:10 p.m.

Disturbance: There was a 9-1-1 hang-up call and officer responded and found a verbal argument at the Robinhood Manor Apartments at 7:03 p.m.

Noise: A group of drunk teens was screaming on Forrest Avenue at 10:50 p.m.

Wednsday, March 30

Suspicious Vehicle: An officer initiated activity at the closed Albertson’s at 3:49 a.m.

Driving Under the Influence: A man was running around in the intersection at the Mono parking lot and Mono Avenue at 4:56 a.m. saying someone was DUI, but hadn’t seen it. An officer located the original subject, who pointed out the DUI and an arrest wad made.

Suspicious Circumstances: A woman came in to report that a subject made inappropriate statements to her at Dominga and Sherman Avenues at 12:09 p.m.

Driving Under the Influence: A resident was following a swerving driver into San Anselmo at 1:49 p.m.

Assist: Subjects playing volleyball at Fairfax Park had set up a net, placing stakes in the ground on top of the sprinkler line. The Department of Public Works requested that they be asked to relocate.

Accident – Minor Injury: A resident advised that the responsible car ran several stop signs in San Anselmo before rear-ending the car in Fairfax at Center Boulevard and Pastori Lane at 3:50 p.m. A DMV priority exam was issued to the driver and an arrest was made.

Miscellaneous: A resident was concerned that PG&E employees have spray-painted and tagged a number of trees on Olema Road.

Insanity: A resident said he son was being verbally abusive and a loud argument could be heard in the background at 6:47 p.m.

Restraining Order Violation: A subject was in a resident’s building in violation of a temporary restraining order and the resident was yelling that he wants the subject taken to jail on Pine Drive at 7:54 p.m.
