Fairfax Police: Fight, DUI, Water Sprayed on Car

Sunday, Aug. 7
Disturbance: Three subjects were trying to start a fight on Bolinas Road at 12:44 a.m.
Public Intoxication: A subject was trespassing and harassing customers at Gestalt Haus at 1:04 a.m. Officers found he was intoxicated to the point of being a danger to himself and others. He was arrested and booked into the county jail.

Disturbance: Officers responded to reports of a fight on Mono Avenue at 2:13 a.m. One subject was located.
Public Intoxication: Officers initiated activity at Don’s Market with a subject possibly passed out on a bench at 2:35 a.m. He was transported to detox.

Suspicious Circumstances: Multiple subjects heard screaming and banging on things at S&N Auto at 3:21 a.m.
Suspicious Circumstances: There was a pick-up truck on the property at the end of Pine Drive and there was concern someone might be camping there. Officers determined the pick-up belonged to the owner of the property.
Driving Under the Influence: A subject was arrested on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard for driving under the influence, driving on a suspended license and violating the terms of his probation at 9:57 p.m. He was booked into the county jail.
Restraining Order Violation: A resident received called in violation of a restraining order.
Saturday, Aug. 6
Suspicious Circumstances: Two subjects were shaking spray cans and saying we’ll spray here at Dominga Avenue and Creek Road at 12:34 a.m.
Suspicious Vehicle: An officer contacted two sleepers on Clause Circle at 2 a.m.
Noise: A resident complained that the music at Fairfax Park was too loud at 2:16 p.m.
Harassing Phone Calls: A resident received unwanted phone calls on Cascade Drive at 3:16 p.m.
Theft: A wood chipper was stolen on Olema Road sometime since Thursday night.
Noise: There were two complaints about the music from the Good Festival at 5:30 p.m.
Miscellaneous Service: There was an encampment at the end of Pine Drive.
Suspicious Person: A suspicious person approached a resident while she was at White Hill and yelled at her to look at him.
Noise: There were multiple complaints of loud music on Bolinas Road.
Suspicious Circumstances: A resident’s car alarm was activated on Cascade Drive at 11:56 p.m. and when he went to check on it he heard another farther down the road.
Friday, Aug. 5
Suspicious Circumstances: There was an anonymous complaint of a man throwing plums at cars at the Java Hut.
Town Code Violation: Protestors were harassing customers outside the bank at 10:40 a.m.
Barking Dog: A dog was barking on and off all night on Westbrae Drive.
Miscellaneous Service: Monthly testing of the siren at 11:45 a.m.
Town Code Violation: A man was blowing large bubbles downtown at 12:55 p.m.
Vandalism: A subject sprayed water onto a resident’s car on Frustuck Avenue.
Unwanted Subject: A woman was being disruptive at 19 Broadway and refused to leave at 8:09 p.m.
Loitering: A resident heard a noise at White Hill School and noticed four to five people loitering outside the school at 10:47 p.m.
Noise: There was an anonymous complaint of an unusual noise in the area of center Boulevard and Pastori Avenue at 11:45 p.m.
