Fairfax Police: Juveniles Banging Trash Cans, People Playing Drums, Loud Party

Sunday, Aug. 14

Public Intoxication: There was a possibly intoxicated man on Arboleda Circle at 12:57 a.m.

Sleeper: There was a subject sleeping in his car on Claus Drive at 1:19 a.m.

Noise: There was a loud party on Inyo Avenue at 2:26 a.m. This is an ongoing problem.

Found: A set of 13 keys was found on Pine Mountain Trail.

Noise: Loud music was coming from Peri’s at 4:34 p.m. Officers found the complaint to be unfounded.

Noise: There was an anonymous complaint that the music at Peri’s was too loud at 5:59 p.m.

Threats: Officers were flagged down by a resident at Wimbledon Lane and Mitchell Drive at 6:53 p.m.

Welfare Check: A welfare check was requested on a Fairfax resident on Deuce Court at 7:38 p.m.

Noise: There was loud music coming from Deer Park Villa at 8 p.m.

Suspicious Vehicle: Officers contacted two subjects who were abated from the area on Marinda Drive at 10:51 p.m.

Saturday, Aug. 13

Warrant Criminal: An officer initiated activity at Drake Manor Apartments at 9:34 a.m. and an arrest was made.

Accident – No Injury: A car hit a deer on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 10:56 a.m.

Suspicious Circumstances: An emergency alarm box by the front door of a residence on Taylor Drive was beeping at 11:37 a.m.

Theft: There was stuff lost or stolen from a resident’s wallet on Thursday.

Disturbance: A car was parked blocking a resident’s car at the Creekside Apartments at 1:05 p.m.

Noise: Five juveniles were swearing, banging trash cans and smoking on Rocca Drive at 2:43 p.m.

Suspicious Circumstances: An unattended child was in a car for five minutes in the Mono parking lot.

Barking Dog: Dogs were barking on Scenic Road and Dominga Avenue.

Friday, Aug. 12

Suspicious Vehicle: An officer initiated activity at the Pavilion at 2:58 a.m. A car was marked for abandoned.

Disturbance: There was a disturbance in front of Good Earth at 11:04 a.m.

Traffic Complaint: There was a verbal argument in the Fairfax Police Department lobby over a traffic incident around 12:33 p.m.

Animal: A deer was walking in the street and limping at Azalea Avenue and Sequoia Road at 12:53 p.m.

Traffic Complaint: A resident reported that a man with a baby in his backpack and toddler on another bike would be speeding down Ridgeway Avenue soon.

Barking Dog: A dog was barking on Bolinas Road.

Domestic Violence: A man and woman were screaming and yelling on Pacheco Avenue at 9:08 p.m.

Barking Dog: There were two dogs in a car parked in a lot off of Bolinas Road and they were barking for over an hour.

Noise: Three people were playing the drums in the Mono parking lot at 10:23 p.m.

Suspicious Circumstances: Two men were on a subject’s property talking quietly for half an hour.
