Public Intoxication: A subject was swinging at people and trying to start a fight on Broadway Avenue at 12:30 a.m. He was arrested for public intoxication.

Warrant Criminal: A warrant was attempted to be served on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 11:24 a.m.

Theft: A bike was taken out of an unlocked garage on Summer Avenue sometime in the last two weeks.

Mud Slide: There was a small slide starting about a quarter-mile up the road from Deer Park.

Saturday, Dec. 18

Hit and Run: A car was side-swiped on Creek Road during the night.

Suspicious Circumstances: There was a report of smoke possibly coming from a residence on the hill on Rocca Drive.

Driving on a Suspended License: A driver was cited for driving on a suspended license at Francisco Boulevard and Harbor in San Rafael at 8:15 p.m.

Welfare Check: People were observed yelling at each other on Sequoia Road at 9:16 p.m.

Suspicious Vehicles: There were suspicious occupied vehicles in the lot on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard and at Sequoia and Tamalpais Road.

Suspicious Vehicle: A car with three people in it was at Kingdom Hall at 11:31 p.m.
