Thursday, May 12
Suspicious Circumstances: The gate to the rear of Barefoot Café was tampered with sometime in the night. It was unknown in anything was stolen.
Suspicious Circumstances: A resident’s mother was not at home when she should have been.

Theft: A resident reported a theft on Manzanita Road.
Skateboarding: There were skateboarders at the rear of the post office at 4:46 p.m.

Public Intoxication: A subject was drinking a beer at the bus stop at Sir Francis Drake Boulevard and Claus Drive at 6:56 p.m. and an arrest was made.
Barking Dog: Dogs at a residence on Scenic Road were reported barking for two hours straight at 9:37 p.m.
Wednesday, May 11
Driving Under the Influence: An officer initiated activity at the NorthBay Gas at 12:49 a.m. and an arrest was made.
Citizen Assist: A resident wanted to speak with an officer about a tenant and concerns for that tenant’s child’s safety.
Accident – Minor Injury: There was a vehicle verse female pedestrian accident at Marinda Drive and Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 11:11 a.m.
Animal: As a visitor was leaving Bennett House at 1:57 p.m., she reported seeing a mountain lion in the parking lot.
Juvenile: A woman’s six-year-old walked away while at Manor School and was missing at 3:07 p.m. Officers assisted in looking for the child.
Theft: A resident’s bike was stolen over the weekend at the Szechuan Chef.
Skateboarding: There were two juveniles skateboarding behind the post office at 3:52 p.m.
Unwanted Subject: A resident’s son, who isn’t supposed to be there, was kicking on her door at 8:59 p.m.
Assault: A man grabbed a woman’s arm at the Robinhood Manor Apartments at 9:44 p.m. It didn’t cause injury.
Insanity: A man waved down an officer on Broadway Avenue at 10:52 p.m. and requested to be taken to the crisis center.
Tuesday, May 10
With Subjects: A subject was running across Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 12:29 a.m. attempting to avoid the police.
Unwanted Subject: An employee requested a subject be advised not to return to the Fairfax Market.
Welfare Check: An officer was flagged down by a resident, who reported an unattended child in a car parked on Deer Creek Court at 12:30 p.m.
Driving without a License: An officer initiated activity on Bolinas Road at 1:12 p.m. and a citation was issued.
Probation Violation: There were four subjects drinking on the Marin Town and Country Club property at 3:09 p.m. Officers contacted the parties and warned them about open container laws. One subject was found to be in violation of his probation and was cited.
Barking Dog: Dogs on Pine Street had been barking for several hours.
Lost: A resident’s dog escaped from the backyard on Creek Road sometime during the day.
Assault: A resident reported that a woman grabbed his jacket and started yelling at him and causing a scene at 19 Broadway the night before.
Wire Down: There were numerous calls of a wire down, catching fire, on Piper Lane at 9:51 p.m. A tree limb had fallen on it.
Monday, May 9
Vandalism: Someone broke the door to one of the restrooms at Manor School.
Welfare Check: A welfare check was requested on a Fairfax resident.
Vandalism: A ‘no parking’ sign was cut down on Frustuck Avenue.
Stolen: A resident reported that jewelry was taken out of her car sometime between Saturday and Monday. She doesn’t know if it happened in Fairfax or somewhere else.
Disturbance: A subject was creating a disturbance at the Mono parking lot at 1:56 p.m.
Drug Violation: Three subjects were sitting on the Parkade steps passing a pipe back and forth at 2:10 p.m. They appeared to be smoking marijuana.
Warrant Criminal: An officer initiated activity at the Parkade at 2:23 p.m. and one subject was found to have a misdemeanor warrant. He was arrested and booked into the county jail.
Noise: Someone was playing their guitar loudly and tunelessly on Bolinas Road at 4:29 p.m.
Barking Dog: Two dogs were barking all day on Scenic.
Disturbance: A resident’s son was upset because items were being thrown away on Forrest Avenue at 9:51 p.m. The resident was concerned the screaming might bother neighbors.
