FAIRFAX, CA — Want to get in shape and find your inner piece, but really don’t feel you have the energy to climb out of your chair?
The town of Fairfax has a program that might just be right for you.
The town’s library is offering chair yoga classes this summer that it says will help older adults loosen and stretch painful muscles, reduce stress and improve circulation.

The Age Friendly Fairfax: Chair Yoga with Tamela classes are held on the first and third Thursdays outside the Fairfax Library from 10 to 11 a.m.
This program is limited to 15 participants and is first come, first served.
