Trauma-Informed Expressive Arts & Ecopsychology Retreat

Join us for this 3 day/3 night immersive experience with nature to enhance wellness for health care providers, artists or creative beings. Anyone looking to recharge and refuel to be more fully present and alive. CE Credits available.

This soul-rejuvenating workshop will include art, ritual, writing, meditation, yoga, breathwork and ample time in nature. To nourish ourselves, we will cultivate joy, play and deep connection with self and others.
