Sunday, Jan. 1
Public Intoxication: An officer was checking Berkeley Avenue for fireworks at 12:06 a.m. and l. The subject was cooperative and was arrested and booked into the county jail for negligent discharge of a firearm and public intoxication.

Suspicious Circumstances: Someone was banging on a neighbor’s door on Tamalpais Avenue at 1:20 a.m. Officers found it was a tenant who was locked out.
Public Intoxication: An officer contacted an intoxicated subject on Greenfield Avenue at 1:49 a.m. He was arrested and booked into the county jail.

Suspicious Circumstances: A resident reported her brother received a phone call saying she was in the hospital, but she wasn’t.
Vandalism: A mailbox was smashed off the post on Rutherford Avenue.
Juvenile: Juveniles were skateboarding and lighting of firecrackers on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 2:37 p.m.
Saturday, Dec. 31
Municipal Code Violation: Officers checked the area of Sir Francis Drake Boulevard for subjects seen on private property at 10:40 p.m. Fireworks were heard nearby and were located on Humboldt Avenue.
Noise: Loud music was coming from a business on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 11:02 p.m.
Friday, Dec. 30
Fire: A resident reported that there was a fire outside her house on The Alameda at 2:47 a.m. It was determined it was coming from a Christmas tree in the street that was lit on fire. Officers located a second tree in the road, but the car was not located.
Fraud: A resident reported that a check was fraudulently passed on her father’s account.
Citizen Assist: A resident reported that her son lost his keys on the roof of the library.
