Injured Hiker Rescued By Helicopter In Remote Marin County

MARIN COUNTY, CA — An injured hiker was rescued via helicopter in a remote area of Marin County on the Fourth of July, according to authorities.

The hiker was stranded near Alpine Lake on an isolated section of the Helen Market Trail, authorities said. Paramedics used a boat and nagivated rugged terrain to reach the injured person.
