07:49 -- Occurred on Court Ln, Fairfax. Jackhammering before 0800 hours. Responsible advised of noise ordinance violation. Disposition: Responsibles advised of complaint.

 

12:06 -- Occurred on Porteous Av, Fairfax. Advise requested regarding a housemate who is possibly vandalizing RP's property. Disposition: Report Taken.

 

21:08 -- Occurred on Bret Av, San Rafael. Report of unwanted texts and phone calls from a female acquaintance.

 

22:06 -- Occurred on Scenic Av, Fairfax. Report of juveniles ringing the doorbell and running away. RP requested a unit to check the area. Disposition: Service Provided.

 

July 17

 

02:36 -- Occurred on Bolinas Rd At Creek Rd, Fairfax. Intoxicated subject following RP as he is escorting two women home. Area checked, unable to locate subject or RP. Disposition: GOA (gone on arrival)/UTL (unable to locate).

 

16:28 -- Occurred on Center Bl, Fairfax. RP at FPD to report she was rear-ended earlier today and did not notice the damage until after the incident. Disposition: Service Provided.

 

18:24 -- Occurred on Pacheco Av, Fairfax. Several juveniles breaking glass in the creek area. Disposition: GOA/UTL.

 

19:10 -- Occurred on Sir Francis Drake Bl, Fairfax. Large quantity of water coming out of crack in sidewalk,. MMWD notified and responding. Disposition: Outside Assist.

 

20:29 -- Occurred at St Ritas School on Marinda Dr. , Fairfax. 911 report of juveniles on school property.

 

July 18

 

08:30 -- Occurred on Sir Francis Drake Bl, Fairfax. Report of a reckless driver e/b Sir Francis Drake from the San Geronimo Valley. Disposition: Verbal Warning.

 

10:45 -- Occurred on Wood Ln, Fairfax. RP reports a suspicious vehicle parked across from her residence. Disposition: Service Provided.

 

15:49 -- Occurred on Meadow Wy, Fairfax. RP is at the FPD reporting her vehicle vandalized sometime over the 4th of July weekend. Disposition: Service Provided.

 

18:27 -- Occurred at 19 Broadway on Broadway. , Fairfax. RP stated his jacket may have just been stolen from the bar. Shortly after it was determined that the "suspect" had taken it by accident. No further action requested by the RP.

 

22:20 -- Occurred on Belle Av, Fairfax. Service Class: VOIP. RP heard what sounded like a shot, possibly from Hill St. Officer on another detail advised of seeing fireworks in the same area at about the same time.

 

22:59 -- Officer initiated activity at Center Bl/Pastori Av, Fairfax. Subject arrested for driving under the influence. She was cited and released to a sober and responsible adult. Disposition: Citation Issued.

 

July 19

 

00:42 -- Occurred in the area of 53 Sequoia Rd on Sequoia Rd., Fairfax. Subjects in a brownish gold Chevy or similar truck, with a silver lumber rack, driving up and down the street behaving suspiciously. Earlier, it stopped and one subject was seen looking into a parked truck belonging to the RP's brother. When they came out and told them to leave, they did, but the truck still seems to be driving up and down the street. Disposition: Service Provided.

 

01:26 -- Officer initiated activity at Sir Francis Drake High School, Sir Francis Drake Bl, San Anselmo. Subject arrested and booked into Marin County Jail for DUI. Disposition: Arrest Made.

 

04:57 -- Occurred on Meernaa Av, Fairfax. RP reported her neighbor's dog has been barking for quite some time. She doesn't see the neighbor's car in the car port, but is concerned that the dog is outside and barking as this is unusual. RP is both requesting a welfare check and making a noise complaint. Disposition: Service Provided.

 

07:33 -- Occurred at Creek Area To Rear on Cascade Dr. , Fairfax. RP reports a suspicious subject in the creek area behind his house. Disposition: GOA/UTL.

 

14:56 -- Officer initiated activity at Bolinas Rd/Elsie, Fairfax. Officer is with a subject who fell off of bicycle. Disposition: Service Provided.

 

23:00 -- Occurred on Hickory Rd, Fairfax. Anonymous RP reported a loud party that he thought was on Cascade past Doc Edgar Park. Officers located the party on Hickory. Disposition: Responsibles advised of complaint.
