Fairfax ‘Gun-Toss’ Driver Sought: Cops
Officers at around 1 a.m. on Tuesday tried to pull over the motorist who was driving a white BMW sedan, police said.
FAIRFAX, CA — Authorities are asking for the public’s help identifying a motorist who tossed a backpack from his vehicle containing weapons and drugs amid a pursuit early Tuesday morning, the Fairfax Police Department said.
Officers at around 1 a.m. tried to pull over the motorist who was driving a white BMW sedan, but the driver failed to yield and sped away westbound on Sir Francisco Drake Boulevard, police said.

The backpack contained a fully loaded semi-automatic handgun with a high-capacity magazine inserted along with suspected methamphetamine, zip ties, duct tape and a mask, police said.
