Marin Indecent Exposure Suspect Arrested

SAN RAFAEL, CA — A Marin County man was arrested last week in connection with an indecent exposure incident involving two juvenile victims, the Los Altos Police Department said.

Allen Albert Romero, 38, of San Rafael, was arrested Thursday morning on suspicion of indecent exposure among other charges according to police.

The juveniles were sitting on a bus bench in the area of San Antonio Road and Almond Avenue when Romero approached them, exposed himself, and made sexual advances, police said.

Romero ran away when the juveniles told him they were calling authorities according to police.

Officers located Romero on San Antonio Road near Hawthorne Avenue according to police.

Romero was arrested and transported to the Santa Clara County Main Jail in San Jose for processing.
