The future of San Anselmo-Fairfax is looking bright, thanks to the incredible young people working to strengthen our community. In partnership with T-Mobile, Patch is proud to spotlight future leaders like Corinne Hunt, who are making a positive impact in and around San Anselmo-Fairfax.

Corinne, an Eagle Scout from Marin County and staunch advocate for gender equality, has made a lasting impact through leadership and service. In 2019, Corinne co-founded Scouts BSA Troop 1G following the organization’s historic decision to welcome girls, later earning her Eagle rank in 2023.

While working toward her Eagle rank, Corinne led her troop’s project to commemorate the centennial of the Women’s Dipsea Hike, a historic race first held in 1918 when women were barred from most cross-country competitions. She created custom racing bibs for the event and launched a podcast to highlight the trailblazing women who paved the way for female athletes.
