Monday, April 25
Sleeper: A subject was sleeping in a car on Richmond Road at 5:43 a.m.
Municipal Code Violation: A neighbor has been dumping trash in his neighbor’s trash bin on El Cerrito.

Grand Theft: A resident’s bike was taken from his carport on Oak Knoll Avenue at 2:28 p.m.

Solicitor: A subject was soliciting on Greenfield Avenue at 3:32 p.m.
Missing Person Report: Officer took a report of a missing juvenile.
Solicitor: Two juveniles came to a resident’s door selling magazines on Barber Avenue at 7:19 p.m.
Disturbing the Peace: There was a disturbance on Rivera Avenue at 11:18 p.m. Officers met with involved parties, who said it was a verbal altercation only.
Tuesday, April 26
Accident – Minor Injury: A driver rear-ended a parked car at Red Hill Avenue and Essex Street at 9:33 a.m. The driver was transported to Marin General for injuries.
Accident – No Injury: A large truck hit a driver’s car and they were blocking traffic at Sir Francis Drake Boulevard and Sunnyhills Drive at 9:52 a.m.
Threats: A resident received a threatening phone call. Officer contacted the other party and they were told to stop contacting the resident.
Accident – No Injury: A parked car hit another parked car on San Anselmo Avenue. It appeared as if a vehicle lost gear and rolled forward.
Suspicious Circumstances: Two subjects were going up the trail by Suffield Avenue and the resident thought they were going to smoke something. They were then crouched in the bushes. Officers located a male and female juvenile and contacted their parents.
Sleeper: There was an anonymous report of people sleeping in a van parked at San Anselmo and Oak Knoll Avenues at 6:18 p.m.
Unwanted Subject: A neighbor advised a resident that there was an unwanted subject lurking around her house on Pine Street. The resident said she was familiar with the subject and he came to her door earlier, but she hid to avoid him.
Wednesday, April 27
Public Works Notification: A street sign on Bolinas Avenue was hanging upside down.
Harassment: An officer provided advice regarding a harassment issue.
Warrant Arrest: Officers served a warrant at a residence on Woodland Avenue at 7:07 p.m. The man was arrested and booked into the county jail.
Thursday, April 28
Vandalism: A garage was vandalized on Oak Knoll Avenue.
Suspicious Person: Officer contacted a subject who matched the description to a crime that occurred in Fairfax at Sir Francis Drake Boulevard and Bella Vista Avenue at 9:29 a.m.
Solicitor: There was a subject soliciting on San Anselmo Avenue.
Unwanted Subject: A resident reported that her boyfriend’s son was in her residence on Yolanda Drive, refusing to leave, at 2:10 p.m.
Animal: There was a pitbull running loose on San Anselmo Avenue at 2:44 p.m.
