San Anselmo Volunteers Sought For Playground Restoration Project
Residents with a background in construction and/or painting are encouraged to volunteer, town officials said.
SAN ANSELMO, CA — The town of San Anselmo is seeking volunteers this weekend for the Millennium Playground Restoration Project.
Volunteers are needed to help paint and stain the playground during Phase 2 of the project, which will be held Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., town officials said.
Residents with a background in construction and/or painting are encouraged to volunteer, town officials said. The town hopes to recruit 50 volunteers.

During Phase 1 of the project volunteers and town staffers during the spring spent five Saturdays completing Phase 1 of the project, which involved repairing and replacing some playground items.
Phase 3, which will start early next year, will involve developing a plan for playground enhancements, town officials said.
