
The new year is the considered the perfect time to re-evaluate your habits, ideals, and goals. While studies frequently show that it is worthwhile to make New Year's resolutions, they're commonly broken.
Time published a story recently that listed the top 10 most broken New Year's resolutions. They are, in order: losing weight and getting fit, quitting smoking, learning something new, eat healthier and diet, get out of debt and save money, spend more time with family, travel to new places, be less stressed, volunteer and drink less.

And, really, who doesn't want to do these things? But, I'm sure you have more specific goals -- tell us what your New Year's resolutions are? Have you found something that helps you keep them? Have you given up altogether on making them?
