What People Are Saying

There's a lot of great conversation going on in the community, which we love to highlight. Right here on Patch, people are debating Phil Lesh's proposed music venue: 

Some people say yes, some say no. 

: I think this looks wonderful! It is such a perfect fit for our community and reflects the cultural heritage of our town.

: While it looks very nice, as a direct neighbor I am very against this venue happening. I am concerned about the traffic, "hanging out" and change to our small town that 500 people a few nights a week will bring. 

: What a great opportunity for Fairfax. I'm all for it.

: No thanks. Looks like a cool venue, but with no parking onsite and the type of volumes they are taking about (500 people up to 100 times a year) it would be too big burden on the town's infrastructure and on the neighbors.
