What's on the Agenda for Tonight's San Anselmo Council and School Board Meetings?

Finances, new ordinance considered for election spending.

The San Anselmo Town Council meets tonight at 7 p.m. at San Anselmo Town Hall. On the agenda:

  • Approve expenditure reports.
  • Authorize the issuance of general obligation bonds.
  • Approve a contract for auditing services.
  • Enter into an agreement with the state for work on the Lansdale Fish Passage Improvement project.
  • Discuss the Sunny Hills Services easement on Red Hill Park and provide direction to the staff about transferring maintenance to the town.
  • Consider a new ordinance enacting disclosure and reporting regulations for independent expenditures and election political expenses.
  • Appoint a representative to the Fire Ops 101 event on May 19.

The will meet at 7 p.m. at the district office on Shaw Drive, behind the Red Hill Shopping Center. On the agenda:

  • Initial proposal towards the employees association.
  • Authorize issuance of 2010 general obligation bonds, certify Measure A results and approve payments to Jack Shreder and Associates.
  • Secure a tax revenue anticipation note for 2011-12, approve bond interest, and accept recommendation to hire new auditor.
  • Golden Bell nominations for outstanding educational program.
