2 Car Thieves From Out Of Town Arrested In This San Mateo County City

Police were alerted to two separate stolen cars, including one that was carjacked, that had entered the city.

SAN BRUNO, CA — Officers in San Bruno recovered two stolen cars Sunday, including one that had been carjacked in Pleasant Hill, police said.

On Sunday, San Bruno Police Department officers said they received a report that a car that was just stolen in South San Francisco had been seen in San Bruno.

Officers said they found the car and took the suspect into custody before handing them off to the South San Francisco Police Department.

A few hours later, police found a carjacked car from Pleasant Hill that had been left double-parked downtown.

Police said they tracked down the suspect and handed him over to Pleasant Hill Police Department officers.
