The San Bruno Chamber of Commerce, CQ's Arts for Kids and the San Bruno Mothers Club are inviting all kids to go trick-or-treating downtown on Halloween.
The festivities will begin on the south end of San Mateo Avenue, with participating merchants from La Petite Balleen and CQ's Art for Kids to Never Too Latte.
Ribbons and prizes will be given to the best costume in several categories.
