The new trial is set for summer after a jury deadlocked last month.

After a jury deadlocked 10-2 in favor of conviction the San Mateo District Attorney has decided to try once again for a conviction against Kenny Kong, the San Francisco man accused of running a marijuana grow operation in a San Bruno home.
The first trial lasted 11 days.
