San Bruno Caltrain Robbery Suspect Arrested

The suspect is a 17-year-old Antioch boy.

SAN BRUNO, CA — A 17-year-old Antioch boy was arrested after he allegedly robbed a man of a cellphone at a Caltrain station in San Bruno on Friday, according to police.

The robbery occurred at the San Bruno Caltrain station at 1151 Huntington Ave., police said.

The suspect, who wasn't named, allegedly ripped the victim's cellphone out of his hand, pushed him down on the platform and ran.

The victim provided a description of the suspect to police, who found the suspect a short distance away.

The suspect was booked into San Mateo County Juvenile Hall.
