• BART construction to slow evening service between Millbrae, SFO through 2026 (localnewsmatters.org) — If you ride BART from San Bruno, expect evening trips to Millbrae or SFO to take five to seven minutes longer most Sundays through Thursdays as train-control upgrades continue into summer 2026. Some late-night shuttles and a short nightly closure between Millbrae and SFO will also affect connections, so checking BART’s Trip Planner before heading out will be important.
   

• ‘Stranger Things' Series Finale Hits the Big Screen at 20+ Bay Area Theaters (funcheap.com) — San Bruno residents can catch the two-hour Stranger Things series finale on the big screen at Cinemark Century at Tanforan, with showings on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.
