The City of Good Living wants to keep it that way in giving its residents driving around a heads up to be on the lookout for students.

SAN CARLOS, CA — August is Back to School Month, the city cautioned.
With that comes a heavy responsibility from students, parents and even drivers out negotiating the San Francisco Peninsula's busy roadways.
San Carlos Unified School District students started classes, so motorists may expect to see kids running across the street — sometimes without looking, especially if a ball is thrown, they're looking at an electronic device or a friend calls out to them.
