Great Deals Really Do Grow on Laurel St. Trees
The monthly half-off sale at The Family Tree is becoming quite the happening on SOLA (South Laurel St.).
It's hard to believe prices could go any lower, but starting Thursday, everything at The Family Tree in San Carlos marked down during the monthy 1/2 sale.
The Family Tree , located at 1589 Laurel St., a thrift store deftly run by the Red-Car-Bel Auxiliary, and benefiting Peninsula Family Service (PFS). Since 1968 The Family Tree has donated over $1 million to PFS (formerly known as the Family Service Agency of San Mateo County).
The all-volunteer staff says there are tons of books, dishes, knick-kancks, clothing for the entire family and much much more.
