• Man harasses woman, attacks Good Samaritan at San Carlos Caltrain station (ktvu.com) — A violent assault at the San Carlos Caltrain station left a bystander hospitalized after he intervened when a man allegedly harassed a woman on the platform. The December 23 attack, captured on video, shows the suspect repeatedly punching the Good Samaritan before fleeing as witnesses called 911. Sheriff’s investigators are still working to identify and locate the assailant.
