San Clemente Big-Wave Surfer Greg Long To Speak With Young Groms

SAN CLEMENTE, CA — Young groms and junior guards alike will hear from Greg Long, one of San Clemente's finest big-wave surfers, during a role model series hosted by the San Clemente Junior Lifeguard Foundation Wednesday.

The San Clemente native will be the guest speaker for the foundation's role model series, after the series was canceled for two consecutive years, the Orange County Register reported.

Event organizer and San Clemente Junior Lifeguard Foundation Board Member Greg Hulzer told the Orange County Register that attendees will walk away from the event "energized, with a new commitment to really live their life with exuberance and meaning, like Greg does."
