July 4 Weekend To Bring Heat Relief To San Juan Capistrano
Temperatures across the Southland are predicted to gradually cool as Independence Day weekend approaches.
SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CA — With a weekday heat advisory in place until Tuesday night and temperatures soaring across Orange County, this July 4 weekend is expected to bring with it cooler weather and some cloud coverage to San Juan Capistrano.
San Juan Capistrano residents will see temperatures in the low '80s and high '70s Saturday through Sunday, with temperatures gradually dipping lower near county beaches, according to Accuweather.
On Independence Day, residents can expect temperatures in the high '70s throughout the day, with about 40 percent cloud coverage in the skies throughout the morning.

According to Accuweather, humidity will likely be at about 42 percent as the morning ventures into the afternoon.
Once the clouds burn off, residents can expect a sunny and temperate Independence Day.

If you're in search of a plan to celebrate the holiday, you're in luck: the City of San Juan Capistrano is hosting its Fourth of July Celebration and Summer Carnival Friday through Monday.
The event will feature carnival rides, with live performances by "The Big Rock Show" scheduled for Saturday and Sunday. On Monday, the event will close out with a dazzling fireworks display starting at 9 p.m., a city flyer said.
Residents who attend the free event will also enjoy food vendors, family-friendly picnic games, balloon animal art, a free animal petting pen and more.
