Man Killed in Crash Near I-5/Toll Road Ramp
A fiery crash left one freeway driver dead this weekend.
A man driving a pick-up truck died on Interstate 5 at the toll-road ramp near San Juan Capistrano Saturday at 2 a.m., according to City News Service.
The Orange County Coroner's office reports the man was traveling northbound on I-5 when he hit a fixed object. The man succumbed to burns he sustained in the crash, the report states.
A message was left with the California Highway Patrol at 9:50 a.m. Sunday for further comment.
