Make Reservations Now for Mothers Day at Huntington Library

The Huntington Library's got special plans for Mothers Day. And you can join in, but the library suggests making reservations now.

The library is offering two options for the special day: a traditional English tea and a champagne bruch.

The tea will take place in the rose garden tea room, as it does every day except Tuesdays. Scones and a pot of tea are served at each table and guests select from a variety of finger sandwiches, cheeses, fruit, salad and petite desserts from a buffet. The cost is $29.50 for adults, $14.99 for children ages 4-8 and $7.50 for children ages 2-3. Hours are 10:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and reservations can be made by calling 626-405-2249.

The champagne brunch will take place in the Brown Garden and features  five-piece classic music accompaniment. Options for the brunch include items at a carving station, seafood, salads, pastas, egg dishes, waffles and more. See the entire menu here. The cost is $55 per adult and $25 for children 4-12.
