Smoke Around San Marino from Brush Fire in L.A. County
Smoke and ash around San Marino are not from a fire in the city.
With ashes and smoke filling the skies of San Marino today, residents may think there is a fire in town.
said, however, that the smoke is a result of a brush fire in L.A. County off of the 10 Freeway.
Division Chief Jim Frawley was not immediately available for comment.

According to several news outlets, The Los Angeles County Fire Department says the brush fire burned an East Los Angeles-area hillside near the county fire headquarters, but no building damage or injuries have been reported.
