3 Men Charged In Violent Home Invasion: San Mateo Deputies

According to the sheriff's office, the men broke into a home and tied up the victims while they ransacked the place.

SAN MATEO COUNTY, CA—Three men have been charged in connection with a violent home invasion that occurred two years ago, according to the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office.

Randy Oliver Jr., 30, Sirvontre Ingram, 27, and Sheldon Johnson Jr., 27, are facing multiple charges, including robbery, possession of firearm by felon, injury to an elderly victim and burglary.

On Sept. 23, 2018, deputies said that Oliver, Ingram, and Johnson committed a home invasion and robbery several people inside a home in Millbrae.

According to the sheriff's office, the masked suspects, who were armed with pistols and rifles, broke into the home and tied up the victims while they ransacked the place.

One victim sustained an injury after being struck in the head by a pistol from one of the suspects, deputies said.

Following an extensive investigation and evidence collected, detectives said they were able to the identify all three suspects and obtained a warrant for their arrests.

On Tuesday, detectives arrested Oliver at his place of employment in Hayward. Ingram and Johnson are currently in custody in Miami, Florida and are awaiting extradition to San Mateo County.
