Drunk SMC Man Smashes Window Of Roommate's Car: Police
Police said the man committed felony vandalism while under the influence of alcohol.
SAN MATEO, CA — After getting in an argument, a drunk man shattered the rear window of his roommate's car Thursday in San Mateo, police said.
At around 2:45 p.m. on Thursday, San Mateo Police Department Officers said they got a call about a report of an drunk man, later identified as Walter Pirircanel, vandalizing a car on the 3000 block of La Selva Circle.
Officers said they spoke with the victim and saw the rear window of the their car was shattered with a vehicle brake rotor found inside near the damaged area.

Police said they identified Walter Pirircanel, the victim’s roommate, as the suspect, and observed he was the influence of an alcohol.
Pirircanel was placed under arrest for felony vandalism and booked into the San Mateo County Jail, police said.
