Mills-Peninsula Medical Center still needs volunteers
Just three to four hours a week will make a big difference

Mills-Peninsula Medical Center's campuses in Burlingame and San Mateo need volunteer help. Adults who can spare three to four hours a week to assist their nearby health community are encouraged to look into MPMC's opportunities. Before the pandemic, Mills-Peninsula had more than 500 volunteers. Today that number is closer to 250. Volunteer shifts are available for greeting and directing visitors, transporting patients, assisting the nursing and admin staff, cashiering in the gift shops, and more: https://www.sutterhealth.org/volunteering/mpmc . Revenue from the gift shops and other programs goes to community scholarships and medical center support.
