Mountain Lion Spotted in San Mateo County
The animal was spotted Monday night in Woodside.
A mountain lion was seen Monday night in Woodside, according to San Mateo County emergency officials.
The cat was spotted in the vicinity of Olive Hill Lane and Albion Avenue at about 9:40 p.m., emergency officials said.
Residents who encounter mountain lions are advised not to approach them, especially those that are feeding or with offspring.
