3 Pounds of Fentanyl Seized In Marin Bust
Two men were arrested in connection with the bust, authorities said

MARIN COUNTY, CA — Two men were arrested Wednesday in connection with a Marin drug bust in which more than three pounds of Fentanyl and $3,000 in cash were seized, authorities said.
Angel Henrriquez, 22, and 26-year-old Jesus Samael Irias Gamaz (both of Oakland), were arrested on “a multitude” of unspecified charges, the Marin County Sheriff’s Office said.
Irias Gomez is being held on a $500,000 bail enhancement and Henrriquez on a $150,000 bail enhancement.

The arrests culminated a Specialized Investigative Unit investigation that began months ago, the Sheriff’s Office said.
Detectives developed information that led them to believe Irias Gamaz was selling Fentanyl in Marin, the Sheriff’s Office said.

An undercover SIU detective contacted Irias Gamaz and arranged to purchase Fentanyl from, the Sheriff’s Office said.
Irias Gamaz sold more than 10 ounces of Fentanyl to an undercover SIU detective, the Sheriff’s Office said.
“The investigation into Irias Gamaz and his associates came to an end on Wednesday evening when Detectives arrested him and Henrriquez in the city of San Rafael during a narcotics transaction,” the Sheriff’s Office said.
