Event Details
The community is invited to the Christmas Eve Candlelight Service at First Presbyterian Church of San Rafael on Dec. 24 at 5:00 pm. Pre-service will begin at 4:40. It will be service featuring Lessons and Carols, reflecting the story of the birth of Jesus and broader themes of a vision of peace for all people. The service will feature pieces by The Chancel Choir and the Sounds A’Pealing Handbell Choir. John Steiner, Owen Xu and Isabella Lo will be featured on the piano. The String Quartet will feature Owen Xu, violin, Tippy Thomson, violin, Alex Volants, viola and Joy Chor, cello.
Children’s Worship Activity Bags will be provided.
The service will be livestreamed on the church YouTube channel.
Additional parking will be available in the Marin Academy lot on 5th Ave. Also limited mobility and handicap parking in spaces behind church on Mission Ave. The handicap accessible church is located at 1510 Fifth Ave, San Rafael.
