Missing 77-Year-Old Woman Found In Marin County

SAN RAFAEL, CA — Police issued an update at 4:37 p.m. that the 77-year-old woman previously reported missing in San Rafael had been found safe.

At around 4 p.m. on Friday, the San Rafael Police Department sent out the alert for Helen Miazga, 77, who has dementia.

She is described as having red and grey hair and was last seen wearing a black shirt, blue jeans and black tennis shoes in the Santa Margarita area of San Rafael, police said.

The police department is asking anyone who sees her to call 415-485-300.
