Downed Power Line Triggers San Rafael Road Closure

SAN RAFAEL, CA — Motorists are advised to avoid the area of Grand Avenue between Belle Avenue and Jewell Street, where a downed power line with live wires has triggered a road closure, the San Rafael Police Department said.

The advisory was issued at around 6:25 a.m.

Police and firefighters are on the scene, according to police.
