'Ghost Gun' And Drugs Found During Traffic Stop In San Rafael: Police
Police pulled over a 20-year-old driver and immediately saw an open alcohol container and drug paraphernalia.
SAN RAFAEL, CA — Officers found an unserialized gun and drugs after pulling over a 20-year-old driver Saturday night in San Rafael after they witnessed several traffic violations, police said.
When police approached the driver, identified as Alejandro Maciel, 20, of Oakland, in his car — officers said they saw drug paraphernalia and an open container of alcohol.

Officers said they detained Maciel and searched the car, locating a "ghost gun" under the driver's seat.

Police said they arrested Maciel and booked him into the Marin County Jail for several felony weapons and drug charges.
