Smoke from the Mount Tamalpais Watershed is visible in parts of Marin, authorities said.
MARIN COUNTY, CA — A controlled burn is being conducted in the Mount Tamalpais Watershed, and smoke may be visible in parts of Marin, Fairfax police said in an advisory Tuesday morning.
Residents are urged not to call 911 due to the smoke.
The agency issued the alert at around 8:25 a.m.
