Marin Mall Fetches $68M: Report

NOVATO, CA — A popular Marin mall is under new ownership.

A Deutsche Bank affiliate has purchased Novato’s Hamilton Marketplace, San Francisco Business Times reports.

DWS RREEF paid Grosvenor Americas $67.5 million for the 91,000-square foot outdoor retail center according to the report.

The shopping center was developed by Grosvenor Americas in 2008 as one North America’s first retail centers to use solar energy in its community space, the report said.
