PG&E Crews Ready For San Rafael Transmission Tower Replacement

SAN RAFAEL, CA — City officials have issued a traffic advisory for early next week when PG&E crews will replace an electric transmission tower in San Rafael.

Crews will perform the work at 1125 Lincoln Ave. from Sunday at 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. on Monday.

“Motorists are advised to drive with caution and follow all posted directional signs,” city officials said.

“Traffic advisories and detour routing options will be utilized to keep the public and all motorists updated, safe, and thoroughly informed.

Residents and businesses in the immediate vicinity of the project may experience increased noise level, city officials said.
