San Rafael Blaze Displaces 4: Report

SAN RAFAEL, CA — A San Rafael house fire has displaced four residents, The Marin Independent Journal reports.

Firefighters at 6:05 p.m. responded to a report of the blaze at 98 Marinita Ave., the report said.

The cause of the blaze is believed to be electrical, according to the report.

The San Rafael Fire Department posted a photo of the home’s garage damaged by the first on Twitter.

“Fully involved garage fire on Marinita Ave last evening. Are your smoke detectors in working order?” the agency tweeted.
