San Rafael Taps Nadine Atieh Hade For New Administrative Role
City officials last week announced the hiring of Nadine Atieh Hade as its new Administrative Services Director.
SAN RAFAEL, CA — The city of San Rafael has filled a key administrative role.
City officials last week announced the hiring of Nadine Atieh Hade as its new Administrative Services Director.
Hade’s hiring culminated a nationwide search, city officials said.

Hade has more than 18 years of combined experience in the private and public sectors. She has served as the city’s Finance Director since 2018.
Under her leadership, the city’s Finance Department has been recognized for its excellence in financial reporting, city officials said.

“Nadine is an innovative leader who embodies the team oriented, professional culture we strive for here at the City of San Rafael,”Assistant City Manager Cristine Alilovich said in a statement.
“She has excellent work ethic, integrity, and has served the City exceptionally well in her 4 years as Finance Director.”
Hade will oversee a staff of 13 fulltime Finance and Human Resources Departments employees.
“Both Finance and Human Resources work towards a common goal,” Hade said in a statement.
“This position gives us the opportunity to work more closely together, further strengthen collaboration, and create more efficient processes all to better serve our community.”
Hade holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, with dual concentrations in finance and accounting from the California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
The San Rafael resident also serves on the City of San Rafael Fire commission.
Hade’s starting salary will be $16,908 per month.
