Woman Found Dead in Parked Car on Belle Ave.
The death is believed to be natural or a possible suicide and not a criminal matter, San Rafael Police said.

A woman was found dead inside a parked vehicle on Belle Avenue in
San Rafael on Wednesday, a police spokeswoman said.
"It's believed the woman was reported missing a couple of weeks ago, and foul play is not suspected," San Rafael police spokeswoman Margo Rohrbacher said.
The death is believed to be natural or a possible suicide and not a criminal matter, Rohrbacher said.
Neighbors said the SUV had been there for some time, Rohrbacher said.
